At Dulce Cala, every item is made to order just for you.
Because of these we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Color preference
- Odering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved , we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
